I looked at various programs. and some of them compressed the files and some of them just took too long!. But unfortunately iTunes doesnt' want to cooperate.. We are going to do it the easy way, the old fashioned way in windows.. I plug in my
iphone and autoplay comes up.

. I'm going to click on import pictures and video.. And when we do you can click on import settings to make a few changes.. Let me grab my box, pull it over here so you can see it.. The main changes you can make is where to store things.. I created an iphone folder in my pictures folder.. And the videos I am just going to let them go into the video folder.. It does put them in separate folders.
I am not going to erase from device after importing.. There is the possibility it could damage do damage.So don't do it!. Alright, I am going to click on import now.. And I have 144 items. I am going to speed this up so you don't have to watch all 144 of them skim past.. Probabaly a good idea to clean out your folders occasionally!. I'm going to do that a little more often in the future.. Ok, almost done.. Alright now we are down to the videos. I recognize those as videos.. Still waiting.

Now we are going to, I know the pictures are there.. We are going to go to the video folder. I want to see for sure they are there.. It put them in a folder with the date, so click on that.. And I'm going up to the right here and I'm clicking on Icons so we can see what's there.. And I can see all of these are movies ones I took on my iphone.. Ok, we are trying this a second way. Last time we did pictures and videos.We are going to do it a different method this time because we . would like to select what we are going to bring in.. And we are going to open device to view files.. Go ahead and click on that.. And you will note here, see the Apple iphone and the storage. Windows sees it as just another hard drive.. And I moved kind of quick there but there are two folders. So I would check both folders.
And now I have a video file down here towards the end.. And I happen to know in the second folder, I checked it earlier,. I have two more video files. They were taken with a special efffects app.. And for some reason it put it in a different folder. So you can move. those over too.. Now I am clicking on my videos. I copy and paste it. . I right click and copy and paste it on that particular video. am opening this folder, now I am right clicking again. with my mouse and I am pasting.

These are two really useful commands.. Right click copy, right click paste.. Good way to move things around.. Now we are clicking on the file. This is a full sized 1920 x 1080 video..
