I just watched Casino Drive (55) annihilate the Gr II Peter Pan. Desormeaux was up in the irons, I'm not sure what he'll tell Dutrow, but I'd imagine it'll be something like, "We're screwed." Casino Drive was looking for room exiting the turn not because the horses in front were laboring, but because he was ready to do his running. Wow. At 6-5 I would never have bet him, after watching the race, he should have been 3-5 |
