Hello

Hey, so I'm on the internet, huh? Great. Ok, gotta say something quick and witty get everyone excited about what's to follow..... I got nothing. Howsabout a rundown on what I hope to do in this blog. I spend most of my day delaying my work by going to every possible site dedicated to horse racing, horses, handicapping, etc. I enjoy the sport of horse racing, and I imagine it will become a more popular sport over the next few years. So this site I'll just put down any news I see that day, or any thoughts I have about upcoming races.How passionate am I? Well, I have cable phone and a cable modem, but in my neck of the woods the Cable company doesn't carry TVG or HRTV, so I got a satellite. I watch a couple hours on the weekend, and I've been known to wake up early for big events in the Middle East or stay up late for events in Hong Kong. My home track is Monmouth Park. I've been to every Haskell since '90, I have all the hats, and most of the programs. I was at the '03 BC, '04 Belmont, '04 Sword Dancer, '04 QEII. I hope this coming year to go to the Lousiana Derby and maybe the Arlington Million. I have never been to the Kentucky Derby, I usually throw a party. But, I do own every t-shirt with the post positions since '98. I wear them regularly and they are getting pretty thin.I am also very concerned about the TCT and the upcoming changes the sport will undergo. I have actually spent time and effort creating a point system, marketing overview, and talked to the people in the right positions.Well this is a good start. I think that the next few posts will be about the upcoming Hollywood Derby, and more accurately the road to the Kentucky Derby or for me the road to the Haskell
